Option to allow video audio to play when unmuted.

I understand that turning off youtube video audio while people are unmuted is a good way to avoid annoying feedback and extra sounds, but my team uses headphones and would like to listen to videos while we chat.

Please make this an option that we can disable manually.

We now have a couple new toggles for controlling this in User Settings -> Voice & Video.

Allows you to control muting SoundCloud/YouTube when your mic is on, and also specifying how much to reduce SoundCloud/Youtube when others have their mic on.

I'll try and fit this into next sprint as a user setting to disable this functionality. If we don't auto-dim/mute speakers and youtube videos on panels, you'll just need to control the volume yourself for those specific entities.
