Hey Jeff, this was implemented in Spot desktop v0.1.3. On the Windows desktop app we now ignore the first click on the window.

Hey Jeff - thanks for the feedback. By "clicking back into Spot" do you mean when first firing up the Spot app and having your avatar show up in a weird location in the space? If you have a video which captures the issue I'd love to take a look. Thanks!

Wes Hather: Thanks for reaching out for clarity! I am talking about when Spot does not have focus in Windows, but is open on another screen for myself. To quickly give the Spot window focus, I will click on it, allowing me to use the push to talk feature, but clicking is also how to move around the space, so it results in me leaving where I had left my avatar, then needing to walking back, and then talking to the person who just asked me a question.

Jeff Wade: Thank your for the details!
Looks like this is a Windows only issue, where if you click to set focus to your window, the click actually gets sent to the DOM. This is not the case on a mac, where you have to first click on the window to focus it, and then another click to interact with the DOM.
We have this in our backlog and will be fixing it shortly.
